Terms of Use
These terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). By downloading or using Arun Alarm, you agree to the Standard EULA and these supplemental terms.
Apple Standard EULA
Arun Alarm is licensed, not sold. Apple’s Standard EULA governs the app license. If these supplemental terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict.
Eligibility and acceptable use
- Use Arun Alarm only on devices you own or control and in accordance with applicable law.
- Do not interfere with the app, its services, security, or purchase systems.
- Do not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use physical missions while driving or in a way that creates a foreseeable risk to yourself or others.
Alarm and safety limits
Arun Alarm adds an in-app wake-up routine to the system alarm or notification path available on your iOS version. It does not remove iOS controls and cannot prevent power-off, force quit, app deletion, revoked permissions, muted hardware, operating-system interruption, or device failure.
Do not rely on Arun Alarm as the only alert for emergencies, medication, medical care, travel, safety-critical work, or any situation where a missed alarm could cause serious harm. Arun Alarm is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat sleep conditions.
Physical missions
Choose movement and camera missions that fit your health, mobility, device, and surroundings. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Push-ups are opt-in and include a fallback, but they are not medical or fitness advice.
Arun Pro subscription
- Arun Pro launches as one auto-renewable annual subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.
- The current price, billing period, trial eligibility, and any introductory offer are shown by the App Store before purchase. Website copy does not replace the App Store purchase disclosure.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled through your Apple subscription settings before renewal.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account and restore an eligible purchase from Arun Alarm.
- Refund requests and App Store billing decisions are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Availability and changes
Features may vary by iPhone model, iOS version, permission status, App Store availability, and subscription status. We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer law.
Third-party services
Apple, RevenueCat, Firebase, AppsFlyer, and Google MediaPipe components or services may be involved in app distribution, purchases, diagnostics, attribution, or on-device mission processing. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to their services.
Intellectual property
Arun Alarm, its artwork, interface, copy, and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the Standard EULA.
Termination and changes to these terms
Your license may end if you materially violate these terms or the Standard EULA. You may stop using the app at any time. We may update these terms for product, legal, security, or operational reasons and will update the effective date above.
